We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your ongoing orders. To stop your subscription, all you need to do is log into your customer account and choose ‘Account Details’ along the top menu bar where you’ll see information on your current subscription. Scroll down and you’ll see ‘Your Recurring Orders’. To the right, there’s a ‘cancel’ option. We’ll ask you a question to better understand why you’re stopping your subscription and how we can improve. Once you’ve chosen an answer, the ‘Cancel Plan’ button will appear. Click here.
If you have any problems with the above steps or do not receive the automated email, please let us know asap.
We send you an email to remind you that your next box is getting ready to ship. You can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before your next box is due to process. If you didn’t cancel before your next order processed, we cannot stop or cancel this box.
Support hours are 9am – 5pm GMT (excluding U.K Bank Holidays). If you email us on a weekend, we will not be able to action any changes until Monday. Our customer portal is designed to put you in charge!
