We do not accept returns on Ongoing Subscription Boxes.
Following your first order with us, you have 14 days in which you can change your mind. These 14 days will be the period between your first box being ordered, and your second box processing. We make this easy by naming the first box you order your Starter Box (which is a taster) and any boxes following your Ongoing Subscription.
So, if you receive your Starter Box and decide you don’t want any further boxes, you have 14 days in which to return for a refund. We will only accept returns on unopened, complete products. So your Starter Box must be returned with a shaker and 4 unopened sachets. Returns are at your own cost and we recommend you choose a tracked service or retain a proof of postage.
You can cancel your ongoing subscription up to 24 hours before your next box is due to process. We will send a reminder email that this is coming up. Please make sure to add Neat to your address book so you don’t miss these reminders. We will not refund or accept returns on boxes that you’ve forgotten to cancel.
